Board of Trustees
- The Board of Trustees is the governing body of Management Institute for National Development of Somalia (MIND), responsible for responsible for matters related to strategy and policy directions of the institute;
- The Board of Trustees has the authority to oversee all the activities of the institute.
- The board consists of nine (9) members drawn from well-respected intellectual circles and institutions;
- There are two subcommittees of the board;
- The Executive Director of the Institute is an ex-officio member and Secretary to the board;
