What is MIND?
The Management Institute for National Development of Somalia (MIND) is a non-governmental, apex state training Institute to ensure public institutions work and operate more equitably, effectively, and efficiently. The objective of MIND is to provide quality training, research and consultancy, performance management, field-based analysis, policy briefs, security analysis in multilevel government (federalism, devolution, local government) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in administration.
MIND of Somalia is a part of, national and international research institutions, focusing on cooperative education, research studies, academic exchange, professional knowledge transfer, technical know-how to prepare people to become agents of change for every sector and all levels of government and society at large
